If you would like to join the free weekly meditation sessions run by Tracy Webb at Creative Health Centre on Monday evenings but you don’t feel that you are skilled or confident enough, then come and learn how to meditate with her on a one to one basis.
Meditation is a very big part of Tracy’s life. She has gained so much from her practise that it has, in her own words, changed her life. Tracy goes on Vipassana Courses (ten day silent retreats) at least once a year and sits regularly everyday for one hour if not two.
She has learnt how to be aware of herself, how to cope with life from another perspective and how everything in the universe is impermanent and always changing.
Tracy teaches meditation over a four-week period, which encourages you to establish your own practise. If you feel that you would like more peace in your life and are ready to make a commitment to yourself then this could be for you.
