In Harmony Yoga, we study the postures of yoga. We study locks and pranayams; we look at tattwas and the emotions. We begin to understand how everything is working in harmony to create balance.

Yoga
Every Harmony class includes postures from yoga that helps balance energy centres (chakras) as well as the physical, emotional, nervous and organic bodies.
Pranayam
The class incorporates pranayama, which is the development of your life force energy. Pranayam helps you to heal yourself and others and is especially beneficial for energy healers in helping to improve energy flow.
Meditations and Mantra
These can be silent, spoken, guided, relaxing, tough, healing or musical and a variation of these will be practised in every class.
